Sex based rights for women and girls are human rights, for all women and girls around the world.
1) It is our basic human right to say no to male bodies in our spaces, services, and within our everyday public life. This is called consent. This is called autonomy.
2) We have the right to speak, we have the right to free association, and we have the right to be apart of the decision making when the decisions are being made about our privacy, safety, and dignity as women.
3) Forced inclusion and coersion with male bodies without consent is violence against women.
4) Women’s prisons and rape crisis centers must meet human rights standards that exclude men, regardless of what is going on in their brain.
5) Women have the right to maintain independent of males by retaining the objective reality, definition of a woman; adult human female.
We will not be silenced. We will not be erased. We will not be called cis, set aside in our sports, our spas, our sorority's, our lesbian only groups and spaces, nor anywhere else we feel fit.
